Our primary commercial manufacturing laboratory is located in Dallas, Texas. All digitizing, needle calibration, 3D puff embroidery, and quality inspection occur directly on our Dallas floor. We offer local pickup for DFW clients and direct freight dispatch throughout Texas and globally. Physical facility address is provided upon order confirmation or scheduled appointment.

We are authorized distributors of premier blank headwear and apparel brands, including Richardson (112 Classic Trucker, 115 Low-Profile, 256 Umpire/Field), Sport-Tek (STC26 PosiCharge, STC27 Mesh Back), Comfort Colors (1717 Garment-Dyed Tees, 1566 Heavyweight Crews), Kamel Headwear, and Academy Fits. Clients can also supply approved blanks for contract decoration.

Our standard turnaround time is 14–21 days from final digital proof or physical sample approval. For time-sensitive events, athletic tournaments, or urgent restocks, expedited 5–7 day rush production pipelines are available upon request with direct courier or express air dispatch.

Yes. HatCo routinely partners with Texas ISDs, private academies, collegiate athletics, and booster clubs. We accept official signed purchase orders with Net-30 payment terms and provide detailed W-9 and vendor compliance packages upon request.

Yes. In addition to local DFW courier and domestic LTL/ground freight across Texas, HatCo provides worldwide air cargo dispatch. For example, we manufactured and air-freighted 2,500 custom 3D puff trucker caps directly to a premier streetwear label in Accra, Ghana (Kotoka International Airport - ACC) with zero defects.
