Yes! We can help clean up or simplify your design for production. Small lettering, thin lines, gradients, and detailed backgrounds may need adjustments to stitch clearly. Any proposed changes will be reviewed with you.

Yes—send it over for review. We’ll assess the design, hat construction, colors, and placement, then explain what we can realistically produce.

Digitizing converts your logo into instructions for our embroidery machines. It is a separate setup charge based on the design and decoration location. Your quote will include any required fees.

For most hats, we aim for approximately 2–2.25 inches tall and up to 5 inches wide. Final sizing depends on the hat and artwork.

Yes. Names, numbers, logos, and website text may be added where the hat allows. Additional placements are quoted separately.

Pricing depends on quantity, blank hat cost, design complexity, decoration method, and number of placements. Specialty thread and individual personalization may cost extra.

Yes. Larger quantities generally qualify for better pricing. Send your final order count for an accurate quote.

Yes! A custom sample hat costs $75 and includes digitizing for one logo. Each additional logo is $25. The $75 sample cost is credited toward your full order when you move forward.

Typical turnaround is approximately 2–4 weeks after payment and final artwork approval, depending on the order size, blank availability, and production schedule. Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote.
